This is as close as you can get to Wagyu A5 without paying an exorbitant price. This award winning Australian BMS9 steak is the best steak we have been able to source out of Australia.

These steaks have been positioned in the market as a luxury items as a result of their world-class genetics. Our Australian Wagyu has won multiple awards including the Gold Medal for Branded Beef at the 2019 Queensland Food and Wine Show.

Like all of our steaks, they come vacuum sealed and have been hand-cut by our expert butchers.

HOW DO I COOK IT?

You can make the New York Strip in the oven, grill or stove. You can also smoke it. We recently made a video of cooking our New York Strips topped with Bone Marrow.
